Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders typically require 3–7 business days for production before shipping. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your item has shipped.
Shipping Times
After production, shipping times vary based on destination:

Standard U.S. Shipping: typically 3–7 business days

Expedited shipping options (if available) may reduce transit time but do not shorten production time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in separate packages, especially if items are produced in different facilities. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Four Silos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us at info@foursilosbrewery.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@foursilosbrewery.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
