Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To begin a return, please email us at: info@foursilosbrewery.com with the subject line “4S RETURN” (in all caps). We’ll reply with return instructions and a return label.
Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

Items showing signs of use

Items not returned in their original condition

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food or beverages)

Custom or personalized items

Personal care products
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible), and once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was not marked as such, or was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within several business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
